Close to restaurants and shopping. Close to everything in the area. Hotel facilities were great. Friendly and helpful staff.

I had a great time at Doubletree By Hilton in Sacramento. The hot tub was amazing and provided a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Stayed here before, liked the facilities and the comfort. The food was Very good for breakfast. The bathroom had bathtubs, which was great. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

We appreciated it. The beds were comfortable in our room. The sports bar onsite😀❤

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I appreciated the warm cookie upon check-in. I had an issue with the AC, but maintenance promptly fixed it. Overall I had a pleasant stay at Doubletree By Hilton.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. Firstly, the staff were excellent and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. I was impressed by their professionalism and attentiveness. Secondly, the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and I particularly appreciated having a fridge and microwave for my convenience. Lastly, the location of the hotel, directly across from the Arden Fair mall, was a huge plus as it allowed me to easily access various shops and restaurants.

Although there were some minor inconveniences, overall my stay was enjoyable.

So noisy!! Hotel full of kids and choirs and people making noise all damn night. Hardly slept! Guy on the lobby bar was in a bad mood!

I like the service i liked the staff very nice helpful respectful etc.

I.ordered food and when they brought it up to me it was cold not no where close to warm they fixed the problem.

The room in the Cal Expo wing was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We really appreciated the blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. we had a great stay at Doubletree By Hilton Sacramento. Despite some noise during the night and a small issue with mold in the coffee maker, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Doubletree had great value for the money with excellent food, friendly staff, and a convenient location near The Arden Mall. I felt safe and had everything I needed, from a coffee/tea bar to a gift shop and even a warm cookie upon arrival.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of options.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was easily accessible from the freeway and close to attractions in the area. The room was beautiful and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice linens. The balcony was a nice touch, allowing us to get some fresh air. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

Good wifi connection and great choice of breakfast.

Staff were not consistent with answers, upon check in we were given the wrong room at one end of the hotel and then had to drag 4 heavy bags back to reception to then move rooms again without any help. There was no apology from the staff for the confusion or inconvenience. The room was standard but there were items under the bed that clearly belonged to the last guests including General rubbish and branded water bottles (U.S. Army water bottles) We were advised that the shuttle bus couldn't take us to the convention centre because it was currently taking passengers to the airport so we had to book a taxi. On check out we asked reception to book us a shuttle to take us to the airport to be told they don't do airport runs. Being told we must have heard wrong we asked them to book a taxi for 4 people with 4 large suitcases. A taxi arrived to fit 4 people but no room for suitcases! A conceirge then advised us that we should have requested a shuttle bus for the run! Obviously frustrating!

The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. The check in staff was superb and very responsive to our needs. We were given free breakfast coupons and wonderful chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. I like that we had a small balcony in the room with a door that opened all the way. The restaurant food was excellent; again the staff was courteous and so helpful (we had 2 toddler grandchildren who were received cheerfully). The gingerbread houses in the lobby made the kids so happy.

The heat was set for 72 degrees in the room, so we called maintenance, who could not fix the problem so offered for us to change rooms. We opted not to, because we had two small children and were already unpacked. So they gave us more breakfast coupons, a fan, and disconnected the heat from blowing in. We left the balcony door open until we went to bed. I also didn't like that we had to pay for parking. For that reason alone, we will not stay there again.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, superb check-in staff, responsive to needs, free breakfast coupons, delicious chocolate chip cookies, small balcony with opening door, excellent restaurant food, courteous and helpful staff, cheerful reception of toddler grandchildren, happy kids with gingerbread houses.

The complimentary drinks and cookies were good. The hotel's location was near the places I needed to go. The pool was a great way to relax after a day out.

The hotel was old and looked rundown. My room was not ready even though I arrived past the hotel's check-in time. The staff was unresponsive to my concerns and complaints. I had a disappointing experience and would not stay here again.
